Fupongi is an awesome and highly exclusive studio space designed to host living, working, dining, and recreational activities in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The space itself used to be a car dealership and has been modified to accommodate a relaxing, fun, and joyful space for all those who visit. Fupongi is a space about sharing ideas, stories, and projects―specially about politics, technology, art, and music―but anything goes.
Guests staying at Fupongi are by invitation only. Please, when you come, be sure to let us know in advane. All events are open to friends (and friends of friends) of Fupongi. If you plan to come to an event also let us know.
When you arrive at the door you will need to call one of the proprietors. There is no intercom or bell.
Located in Bloomfield, City of Pittsburgh, Fupongi is a few blocks away from Polish Hill, Shadyside, and Oakland. The space is accessible via public transportation, vehicle, and/or walking.
Getting to Fupongi using the bus is simple, take the 77 and walk to Gold Way. The 93 will also get you there, walk down on Baum Blvd and turn left on Gold Way.
There are two ways to Fupongi, one short (~20 minutes but less straight forward), and one a bit longer (~25 minutes but straight forward). For the short way walk down Morewood Ave > turn left onto Fifth Ave → turn right onto Neville St → left onto Bayard St → turn right onto Melwood Ave → turn left onto Baum Blvd → turn right onto Gold Way → Jackpot! For the bit longer turn left onto Forbes Ave → turn right onto Craig St → turn right onto Baum Blvd → turn left onto Gold Way → Jackpot!
From Pittsburgh's airport take I-376 E towards Pittsburgh → take exit 72 A onto Forbes Ave towards Oakland → turn left onto Craig St → turn left onto Craig St → turn right onto Baum Blvd → take the 1st left onto Gold Way → Jackpot!
